Labor and Social Security Law
Guerrero & Cía. Abogados advises in Corporate Labor Law to various companies in all their requirements in matters such as hiring processes, compensation, termination of labor relationship, outsourcing, visa for foreign workers, labor due diligence.

and, especially, professional soccer, both in regulatory and disciplinary aspects and in corporate matters of professional soccer clubs; in national and international transfers and temporary assignments of players; in labor relations governing players and those who perform related activities with professional soccer clubs; as well as in matters relating to training rights and solidarity contribution.
Its Sports Law team also supports its clients in all kinds of litigation, both in out-of-court negotiations and in their judicial representation before the Labor Courts, the Disciplinary and Patrimonial Courts of the ANFP, FIFA and CAS.
Its lawyers have participated in the drafting of regulations and bases of the ANFP’s competitions, in the acquisition and sale of professional soccer clubs and, for years, in the integral advising of these. In addition, they have sponsored cases before various national and international courts in this area. The head lawyer of the area is a judge of the ANFP’s Court of Patrimonial Matters and a postgraduate professor in sports law.
