Experience

• Extensive experience as a business advisor and as a litigation lawyer in commercial, civil and criminal matters, with special mention to his representation in important cases of Economic Criminal Law and Medical Civil Liability.
• In his more than forty-two years of active professional practice, he has participated in the most varied areas of law and as a negotiating lawyer in major national and international economic transactions, as well as in the management of economic, financial, corporate, corporate and communication crises.
• Director of several companies.
• Co-founder of Universidad de Las Américas of Chile and Universidad de Las Américas of Ecuador and Secretary General of the former from its foundation in 1989 until 2006.
• He has been an undergraduate and graduate professor of Criminal Law and Economic Criminal Law for more than twenty years.
• Member of the Institute of Criminal Sciences of Chile and the Chilean Bar Association.
