Experience

• Joined Guerrero & Cía. Abogados in 2002.
• He has held positions of high responsibility in the public sector, serving for more than 2 years as Undersecretary of Social Security. As a partner of Guerrero & Cía. Abogados, he has been in charge of the tax and labor areas for more than 10 years.
• He provides comprehensive advice to various medium and small-sized companies, as well as family investment groups, in areas as diverse as education, infrastructure, concessionaires, medical supplies, financial investments, professional services, among others. His practice also includes the representation of companies in civil, labor and arbitration litigation.
• Since 2010, he has been a member of the Supreme Court of Renovación Nacional and, since 2021, its President. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Libertad.
• Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
